| David Armstrong, CPA, CFP® |

|
David joined Edwards, Ellis, Armstrong & Company in 1992, and became a partner in 2007. He is both a tax expert as well as a financial advisor. He received his BBA in accounting at the University of Michigan with high distinction and then continued to get his MS in Taxation with Summa Cum Laude from Walsh College. David obtained his CPA license in 1995. He also qualified as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)® in 2005.
David is currently one of the board members of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washtenaw County, established for mentoring young people. His interests include, biking, golfing, running and fishing. Lately, he has been interested in learning to play bridge.

Jeffrey joined Edwards, Ellis, Armstrong & Co., P.C. in 1999 and obtained his CPA license in 2001. He specializes in audits and attestation engagements but is also a member of the tax services team. He obtained his BBA in accounting from the University of Michigan.
Jeffrey is currently a member of the Board of Directors as well as the chairman of the finance and audit committees for SafeHouse Center, a non-profit organization providing services to victims of domestic assault in Washtenaw County. His interests include running, softball, golfing, and coaching little league baseball.

Alpa joined Edwards, Ellis, Armstrong and Company in 2007. She is a member of the firm’s tax services as well as audit services team. She has a Masters in accounting from Eastern Michigan University and she went on to obtain her CPA license. She also has a Masters in Commerce and a Bachelors in Commerce. Prior to joining the firm, Alpa was a billing manager. She also worked at a Cooperative Bank and at the National Institute of Design in India.
Her interests include reading, volunteering, traveling, playing bridge and spending time with her family.

Sumi joined Edwards, Ellis, Armstrong and Company in 2008. Sumi is part of our tax services as well as audit services teams. She has her undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science with magna cum laude from Wellesley College. She also has an MA and M.Phil from the New School for Social Research. She went on to complete her CPA examinations in 2007. Sumi taught Political Economy at Eastern Michigan University before joining us.
Sumi's interests include reading, stamp collecting, traveling, and listening to Indian classical music.

Bryan joined Pinnacle Investment Advisors, LLC in 2010. He earned a BBA specializing in Finance from Western Michigan University. Bryan is a licensed life, accident, and health insurance agent in the State of Michigan. He is also a Certified Financial Planner®.
Bryan's interests include golfing, skiing, and music.
